Information this website handles
This website has no account system, analytics service, advertising tracker, social-media widget, or non-essential cookie. The audit questionnaire asks for your name, email address, service of interest and project objective. Your current website and preferred timing are optional. We use these answers to review your request and reply to you; submitting the questionnaire does not subscribe you to a marketing list.
Vercel hosts the website and processes technical information, including IP address, request time, requested page, browser information and security events, to deliver and protect the service. The contact endpoint uses temporary request identifiers and an IP-derived hash to limit repeated submissions. It does not create a customer account or write your questionnaire to a website database.
Accepted questionnaires are sent to contact@clarisance.com. If automatic sending is unavailable, you can open your email app with your answers filled in; you must send that email yourself. The website confirms automatic submission only after the mail service accepts it. Acceptance does not guarantee delivery to an inbox.
We use information sent through the questionnaire or by email to review and answer your request, maintain necessary business records, protect the service and comply with applicable law. We keep correspondence only for as long as these purposes require. Do not send passwords, access keys, financial credentials, medical data or other sensitive information.
Service providers and international processing
Our service providers include Vercel for hosting and the business email provider used to receive and answer requests. SUNSEA CONSTANTIA L.L.C. is established in the United States. Request and technical data may be processed in the United States or other locations where these providers operate, subject to their contractual and security safeguards. We do not sell personal information.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of information you sent us, subject to legal and security retention requirements, by writing to contact@clarisance.com.
